However, this is a dedicated team, not a Call Center with hundreds of representatives that do not know you. Each team member has completed product training and handles over 500 calls each month for cash vault inquiries or research requests. This group can assist with issues as diverse as billing or tracking a deposit and change order.
Our customer service representatives log each inquiry into our Siebel CRM system and take the appropriate follow-up to resolve the request. All logged inquiries have an auto escalation process based on severity of issue.
